In today’s episode, the doctor tells Kapadia and Shahs that Vanraj and Anuj are in critical condition, but that they are being moved to the intensive care unit (ICCU). They are able to see them, according to him. Anu dream Anuj and Vanraj are both doing well, and they have come to the conclusion that they will not fight. In her sleep, she flashes a bright grin. They speculate that Anu is having a pleasant dream. Kinjal, Dolly, and Pakhi say this. Dolly expresses her hope that Anu will someday realise the dream she has. Anu rouses herself and inquires about Anuj and Vanraj once she learns of their whereabouts. She implores Pakhi to transport her to Anupama as soon as possible. Anu agrees to get more sleep after being persuaded by Dolly and Pakhi.
Anupama and Kavya see Vanraj and Anuj. Both of them have tears in their eyes. They think back to that time when they were with their husbands. Both Kavya and Anupama reminisce about their wedding. Both the Kapdias and the Shahs have fond memories of their time spent with Anuj and Vanraj. Samar beseeches God to save both Vanraj and Anuj from their precarious situations. According to him, Vanraj and Anuj are in the same boat today despite the fact that they couldn’t be more different from one another. According to Anupama, everyone is treated on the same level both inside and outside of the hospital. Kavya claims that nobody can fathom the possibility that Vanraj and Anuj could ever be in a situation where they are fighting for their lives. Anuj and Vanraj’s condition is expected to deteriorate rapidly over the next forty-two hours, the doctor has informed the Shahs and Kapadias. After forty-two hours, Anupama asks, “what?” In the event that Anuj and Vanraj do not regain consciousness in a timely manner, the doctor warns that the situation could become life-threatening.
Kavya maintains that Anuj and Vanraj should not have ventured to the edge of the cliff. She recalled the event and informed the families that Anuj and Vanraj had both died before she could reach them after they fell off the cliff. Ankush is under the impression that Vanraj was the one who forced Anuj off the cliff. Anuj, according to him, was the target of Vanraj’s threats. Even though Leela claims Vanraj threatened her, this does not prove that he was the one who pushed Anuj off the cliff. Leela and Ankush are having a disagreement with one another. Anupama urges both families to stop fighting and instead pray for Anuj and Vanraj because their lives are in the balance and they need all the help they can get right now. She demonstrates her faith in Vanraj and states that although the latter is evil, he is unable to take the life of another person.
Anupama receives Anu’s message. The tears stream down her face. The emotions get to Samar. Samar is comforted by Anupama, who tells him not to shed any tears because this too shall pass. It has been reported by the attending physician that Vanraj has begun to respond to the treatment. The Shahs are allowed to unwind.
Anupama asks about Anuj. The physician has reported that Anuj is not exhibiting any signs of progress. He also informs them that he will be moving Vanraj to the intensive care unit, where they will be able to visit him. Anuj is advised by the doctor that he must remain in the ICCU. Anupama breaks down. Hasmuk asks Anupama to stay strong. Anupama is concerned about the reason why Anuj is not responding favourably to the treatment. Leela console Anupama.
