Yatharth opens the door when Ayesha brings the box inside. He asks if anyone else saw it, but Ayesha explains that this is exactly what he asked her to do. Yatharth hugs her after opening the box, and then he notices that Ayesha is tense and asks what happened. Ayesha tells him that her mother and Manav got into a fight, and he asks who is going to take care of her because she is still not feeling well

He tries to reason with her, but she is not ready to accept any excuse, and she ends the call by mentioning that she has to leave for a meeting. Manav tries to refuse when Niharika explains that he must not mix his personal life with the professional because he said it himself. Manav is thinking about how he can convince Niharika when he sees Ayesha approaching and he asks her how she is doing. Ayesha is upset, and Manav asks her the reason why, to which she responds that she has something really important to discuss with him. Manav explains that he has understood that she is worried about who is going to take care of her mother now that they have gotten into a fight with each other, and he assures her that she Ayesha says that he is a really nice guy, so Manav compliments her, and Yatho reveals that he mentioned that his father is a magician. Manav and Ayesha continue to talk. Manav becomes anxious as he wonders whether or not any of them have forgotten that tomorrow is his birthday. Sakshi comes to them all and mentions how late it is and how they both need to get to sleep because it is so late.

Karan comes running and asks Swati if she took the money that he kept in his wardrobe. He then blames it on bubbly, who immediately complains to Swati that Karan always blames her. Swati tells Karan how she asked Akanksha to clean the wardrobe, and Karan immediately thinks that Akanksha would have stolen his money. He then asks Swati where Akanksha is and Swati tells him she went shopping. Karan immediately blame Akanksha adds that tomorrow is Manav’s birthday, and she was under the impression that he would forgive her, that she would undoubtedly reconcile with him, and that when that did happen, she would return his money. Swati inquires as to whether the proprietor of the shop would accept the return of the items that she had purchased from him. When Akanksha inquires as to the reason for her inquiry, Swati responds by informing Akanksha that she will not take her to Manav’s birthday party because she does not want to ruin his life once more. Akanksha cries on her mother’s shoulder while she explains how much she has changed and how much she misses Manav. She begs her mother to tell Manav how much she misses him and how much she wants to be a part of his life.

Manav is taken aback when he sees that they have all turned in for the night. When he returns to his room, he wonders if they have actually forgotten that it is his birthday. He then decides to make a birthday wish to himself, praising himself for how successful he has become in life and how he will continue to be successful in the near future. After doing this, he decides to turn in for the night. Everyone, including Sakshi mam, is waiting for Manav, and as soon as he emerges from his bed smiling, everyone rushes to wish him well. Yatho and Sakshi mam ask him if he believed that they would forget his birthday when he is a super dad, Sakshi says, and a good friend, while Ayesha also labels him a super uncle. When Manav notices that Ayesha is anxious, he reassures her that there is no need to worry about anything and then asks for a smile in return for which she presents him with a rose. Niharika sends a message to Manav through text message, in which she tells that she would be waiting for him at the party.

Malti aunti was putting the items in the refrigerator when she heard someone at the door. She went to see who it was and saw that the guard was preventing Akanksha from entering the house. Akanksha told the guard that he needed to tell Manav that she had come because she only wanted to give the gifts to Manav. Malti aunti called Nirmal, who whispered something to the guard, and he said that they had ordered him to never let her enter the house

Akanksha tries to phone Manav, but he does not pick up, so she dials Yatharth’s number instead. However, he also hangs up when she does so. She immediately sends a message to Manav saying that she has arrived and is ready to meet him. However, Yatharth embraces him and declares that there will be no negativity on his birthday. The security guard then requests her to leave, and she agrees to do so.

Swati opens the door when she gets tensed seeing Akanksha with the gifts and asks if she felt nice as the person only bears the humiliation for so long but she does not understand anything, Akanksha replies she does not want to listen to her orders, Akanksha explains that it is not like that as by the time she reached the house they all had gone to sleep, Swati replies she has not forgotten anything, she is well aware that they would still be awake, Akank Bubbly, eager to make the most of the chance, brings the gift back to her room. Swati is under the impression that she can deduce what each of them wants from the manner in which they are treating her because they are employing the strategies that she has developed for themselves.

Ayesha compliments Sakshi on her cooking, pointing out how beautiful the cake is turning out, and then requests that Sakshi speak more slowly. At the same time, Yatho sends a text message to Bubbly, inviting her to the celebration alongside Karan and Swati. Manav turns to them all and explains how he has decided that they would have dinner at a restaurant so they must decide it amongst themselves. Everyone gets tense when Malti aunti refuses to go, saying that she is not well and her back is aching so she cannot go. Sakshi manages to catch the balloon before Manav sees the balloon, mentioning that there are a lot of flies. Ayesha signals that he has arrived, so they all hide the things Manav asks Sakshi what she has planned for, and she says that she will make khichri for lunch and a vegetable for dinner. Manav is startled after hearing this, and everyone starts giggling when they see his reaction. Sakshi adds that she has decided the menu, and it will be made. Sakshi acts as if she just realised that today is also his birthday, so she jokes about how she would make something sweet for him. Manav, in a sad voice, says that he can eat the sweet vegetable. Malti aunti acts as if her back is hurting when Sakshi says it feels like she has a viral infection. Yatho suggests that Manav should take Sakshi to the hospital; however, she refuses, and he mentions that his health is more important. Although Manav receives a call from Akanksha, he does not take the phone.

Bubbly arrives at the house with the bags, she calls both Karan and Swati aunti to come and see how much shopping she has done for them all, Akanksha questions where are they going, Bubbly reveals Yatho has planned a surprise birthday party for Manav and invited them all, she asks if he did not invite her, Akanksha exclaims she would also go with them to Manav’s birthday, Karan suggests that they should also bring some almond

Niharika is perplexed as to why Manav has not arrived for his own birthday celebration, and Akanksha is anxious inside the house since she believes that Manav does not celebrate any birthdays without her, leading her to believe that she must also attend his party. Manav is left astonished after viewing the surprise, and Yatharth follows up by asking how Manav’s mother is doing.
