Shreya receives a phone call from Gehna, who tells her that she has discovered a method to tell Surya the truth. Shreya feels excitement and inquires about the cause. Gehna had asked her to come back home for that reason. Shreya inquires as to how it is possible. Gehna claims that the property belongs to her son and that she has a legal claim to it; she plans to see the other woman at the party later tonight. When she finally gets home, she is taken aback to see that the room has been beautifully furnished, and Surya is sound asleep in it. She believes that Surya created the decoration for her and then went to sleep after becoming exhausted. Surya lavishes her in utter silence with flowers. She is more astonished than before, and she goes over to him. He makes an attempt to kiss her. She has shyness and inquires as to what he is doing. He wishes her a happy anniversary and extends his best wishes to her. He makes another attempt to approach closer, and she bolts away from there. He gives chase to her, and when he finally catches her, he collapses on the bed. Ab tum A song called “Hi Ho” may be heard in the background. He promises that he will offer her something special if she looks directly into his eyes for five minutes, ten minutes, and fifteen minutes, respectively. She begs God to protect their love from prying eyes by warding them off.

Suhani attempts to wake up Sarika. Sarika often has nightmares about misplacing her jewellery. Suhani gives her a smack to rouse her up and then informs her that Surya is becoming nearer to Gehna, which is not beneficial for them. She claims that Gehna will become queen of the home if Surya discovers the truth, and they themselves would be relegated to the role of a maid. Sarika imagines them as a maid. She is informed by Suhani that Shreya is now backing Gehna, and she resolves to make sure that Gehna’s scheme is unsuccessful at whatever cost.

Suhani receives a saree as a present from Surya. Suhani warns the servants not to include tomato or tanginess in the dish since Surya has to steer clear of such flavours. Surya claims that he does not need anything more in his life since he has a loving wife and mother, and that he places the utmost importance on ensuring their happiness. Suhani informs him that on his special day, she too would want to give him a present of some kind. After that, she requests that he give the saree to Gehna as a present. He claims that he solely purchased this sari with Suhani in mind. Gehna is able to listen in on their talk. A letter is delivered to Gehna by a servant who has just received it. When she opens the mail, she discovers that it contains Surya’s birth certificate.

After a little while has passed, Gehna starts getting ready for the celebration. She is given a blindfold, and Surya leads her out to the lawn, telling her that he has a surprise for her there. He bestows onto her a present. She is reminded of how he stole her mangalsutra earlier in the day. He then demonstrates a mangalsutra to her while they are in the mandap. After that, he tells her that he hopes to do pheras with her once more and that he would marry her with all of his heart. Emotionally, she gives him an embrace. They gave each other entire pheras as well as garlands. He places a mangalsutra in her neck and vermillion on the part of her hair that frames her face. She stares at him with a lot of feeling. The song with the same name as the serial is playing in the background. When he asked her for a kiss, she was embarrassed by the request.
