In the episode airing tonight, Harsh tells Abhimanyu that he has developed a pattern of making fun of him. He continues by saying that one receives what it’s worth. Abhimanyu and Akshara walked out from the location together. Akshara feels fearful at times. Birla’s stand mum. Akshara makes an effort to communicate with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu ignores Akshara. Abhimanyu is instructed by Akshara to give her attention for only this time. Abhimanyu begs Akshara to speak up. Please accept my apologies, Akshara, for the disappointment you have caused Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu tells Akshara that she ought to be regretful that she did not fight for her goal while she had the chance. He becomes enraged with her since she gave up on her goal without putting up much of a fight. Abhimanyu, who is her spouse, adds that he cannot fathom the possibility of her giving up her goal. Akshara stands mum.

The three had a conversation on how easily Akshara’s problem was handled. Mahima, Harsh, and Anand. Manjiri overhears them as they are speaking. Discussion ensues between Mahima, Harsh, and Anand on the establishment of an IVF department. Mahima advises Harsh and Anand that Akshara need to put all of her attention on the upcoming wedding. It seems as if Akshara believed that after the wedding she would own Birla hospital. The two of you are on the same page. Manjiri does not believe that Akshara would reach the same end as her. She continues by saying that she is not going to let Akshara to give up on her ambition.

Akshara requests that Abhimanyu give her some space. Abhimanyu expresses his displeasure to Akshara on her decision to forego pursuing her goal. Akshara assures Abhimanyu that she is not given up on her ambition and that she would continue to work hard so that she may one day make him proud. She makes the decision to work elsewhere, but she plans to return to Birla hospital after she has achieved success there. Abhimanyu comprehend Akshara. Both parties communicate in order to work through their disagreements. When Akshara finds out that Manjiri and Harsh’s anniversary isn’t commemorated, she is devastated. She came up with the idea to throw Manjiri and Harsh a surprise party.

Harsh has made the decision to send Mahima and Anand to the meeting in Chicago. Abhimanyu is against the choice being made. Abhimanyu is cautioned by Harsh not to battle for Akshara since she has never shown any support for him. Mahima is of the same opinion as Harsh. When Abhimanyu hears Harsh and Mahima, he becomes agitated. Abhimanyu is urged by Manjiri not to allow anybody else to come in between them at any time. Abhimanyu assures Manjiri. He tells her about the surprise he has in store for Akshara.

After some time has passed, Abhimanyu is taken aback when he discovers that Akshara has littered his room with her clothing. Abhimanyu is the recipient of a request from Akshara to assist her in organising her clothing. Abhimanyu then requests that Akshara put on an outfit appropriate for a celebration for him. And Abhimanyu and Akshara develop feelings for one another romantically. Akshara sleeps. Abhimanyu is in charge of the room’s arrangement. [Episode Ends]
