The episode start with:

Abhimanyu discusses his visit with Manjiri and Neil and shares his stories from the journey. Abhimanyu is informed by Manjiri that the only food he will be able to eat is home-cooked fare. Mahima calls police and enquires about Kairav. The person who helps out around the house invites Anand to have some tea. Anand is overheard conducting himself in an impolite manner toward the personnel. Abhimanyu is told by Nishtha that attending to her birthday celebration was one of the things that made it so memorable. She mentions receiving a significant number of gifts. Nishtha inquires about the present Anand has given her. To show his appreciation, Anand bought Nishtha an automobile. Nishtha will be taking driving lessons from Abhimanyu since he has decided to do so. After completing his driver’s education, Neil asks Nishtha to drive him to the hospital so that he may get his stitches removed.

After Maya finds out that Akshara is prepared to return to India for the final round of her singing competition, she gives Akshara a piece of cake. Akshara is the recipient of her vehement insistence that she consume cake. Due to the discomfort it causes her throat, Akshara has decided not to consume any more cake. She is under the impression that Kairav enjoys the cake as much as she does. Akshara decide to take cake for Kairav.

When it’s Abhimanyu’s turn to teach Nishtha how to drive, he can’t contain his excitement. Abhimanyu is teased by Mahima, who claims she is happy he is involved in his sister’s life. Mahima says this to Abhimanyu. It is now time for Harshvardhan to make his entrance. Mahima believes that she has suffered a loss that is unimaginably difficult to overcome. She adds that Harsh should maintain his separation from Abhimanyu and Manjiri, despite the fact that he is able to see them. Mahima asserts that she is unable to view her daughter at this time. Manjiri requests of Mahima that she not ruin Nishtha’s birthday celebrations. She makes an attempt to change the subject of the conversation. Harsh inquires about Abhimanyu’s well-being by inquiring whether or not he is okay. The condition of his hand, according to Abhimanyu, is satisfactory. A direct question is posed to him regarding his state of mind. The conversation is steered in another direction by Abhimanyu. In this scene, Akshara is seen offering Kairav a piece of cake. Kairav owns a gift boutique. Akshara receives a request from a customer to pack something for the customer’s husband, who is now absent from her life. Akshara should jot down a quick note on a card and then hand it off to the customer. After reading the message, the customer inquires to Akshara about whether or not she has lost somebody. Akshara sit mum. Kairav sees Akshara.

When Abhimanyu finally decides to enter his room, he does so with some reluctance. Shefali extends an invitation to Abhimanyu to accompany her to Jaipur so that they can do surgery on her employer. The moment of Abhimanyu’s wedding in Jaipur is one he will never forget. He assures Shefali that he would communicate his findings to her in a timely manner.

Mahima questions Abhimanyu about Akshara. Abhimanyu erupts into a rage. Anand tells Abhimanyu to quiet down and asks him to quit responding. Abhimanyu claims that he is completely in the dark regarding Akshara and Kairav. Mahima expresses her incredulity that Abhimanyu is unaware of Akshara’s whereabouts, saying that she simply cannot accept it. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara feel a void in their lives without one another.

Manjiri share a discussion with Abhimanyu. She let Abhimanyu in on the secret that she despises Akshara for breaking up with him. Abhimanyu comes to Akshara’s defense and suggests that she may experience the same kind of anguish that he had as she was leaving. In addition to this, he makes the decision to talk to Shivansh. In this chapter, Kairav confronts his recurring nightmare. Akshara console Kairav. Akshara is advised by Kairav not to worry about him and to return to India immediately.
