In the episode that aired today, Abhimanyu promises Akshara that he will never stop hugging her until her birthday has come and gone. He leans in and gives Akshara a hug. Abhimanyu reassures Akshara that she is loved very much by everyone. He explains that not everyone will be there with her, but their love will be with her for all of time. Abhimanyu is told by Akshara that he will spend the rest of his life with her. She claims that her heart only beats for him. According to Abhimanyu, his heart only beats for her. Both of them begin a romantic relationship. As a token of her gratitude to Abhimanyu, Akshara desires to present him with Kunal’s affirmative response.

Akshara begins preparations for the celebration of her birthday. Abhimanyu gives Akshara a piece of cake and asks her opinion on it. Akshara says to Abhimanyu that he made good cake. Neil and Parth have expressed their confusion over whether or not Akshara is complimenting Abhimanyu or playing a joke on him. Everyone in the room laughs. Abhimanyu hears from Akshara that she thinks the cake he bakes is excellent. She gives Abhimanyu her word that she will never allow herself to give up on her dream. Akshara asserts that music has always been her greatest interest; however, since Abhimanyu began placing more value on her work, she is much more likely to be able to realise her dream. Abhimanyu feels glad. He asks her to slice the cake for him.

Gifts are presented to Akshara by the Goenka and Birla families. Akshara is moved to tears after receiving an envelope from Harsh. Vansh interrogates Abhimanyu about the present he bought for Akshara. Manjiri explains the reason behind Abhimanyu’s decision to give the gift in public. Both Vansh and Shefali explain why he is unable to. They insist that Abhimanyu show off his talent. When Akshara opens the gift that Abhimanyu gave her, she discovers a hoodie. Abhimanyu should explain to Akshara why he gave her the hoodie as a gift. According to him, Akshara is thoughtful toward others, but she does not always remember to consider herself. Because of this, he believes that the hoodie will assist her in isolating herself from the outside world so that she can develop a connection with herself. According to Manish, an expensive gift is something that any husband is capable of giving, but a thought gift like Abhimanyu is uncommon.

Neil wonders aloud what will happen if Akshara chooses to conceal herself from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu warns her that she must not attempt to conceal herself from him. Akshara begs God to take whatever she wants, but in exchange, she requests that he heal Abhimanyu’s hand. For the purpose of taking a group photo, Neil requests that everyone stand. Anand sends Harsh a message in which he expresses his longing for his friend. Harsh looked at the birthday picture of Akshara and thought about his relationship with Birla.

Surprised by Abhimanyu, Akshara listened intently as he sang to her. He feels pain. When Akshara receives Abhimanyu’s message, she asks him to spare his hand the discomfort of giving it to her. Abhimanyu feels sorry. Abhimanyu is able to finish his song thanks to Akshara’s assistance.

Later, Kairav miss Anisha. Swarna, Suhasini, and Manish make the decision to speak with Mahima and Anand in order to inquire about Anisha’s intentions regarding her romantic involvement with Kairav. Kairav stops Goenka’s. He requests that they not ruin Akshara’s birthday in any way. Abhimanyu was able to learn from Arohi that Akshara had travelled to Dargah.
